Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to support training and capability development initiatives within Lily Academy.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying skill gaps, designing impactful learning programs, and ensuring effective training delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify leadership and capability gaps across teams to support workforce development
Design and develop structured learning programs for Lily Academy
Facilitate or coordinate training sessions and learning interventions
Prepare training reports, track outcomes, and support budget development
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field
2 - 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related role
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities
Experience in training evaluation and impact measurement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Preferred Certifications
CIPM, NITAD, or other relevant professional certification.
