Requirements
Educational & Professional Qualification: LLB degree and admission to the Nigerian Bar.
Experience: 3 - 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Legal Counsel in either a law firm or corporate environment.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Legal Skills: Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
Communication: Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and resolve legal issues proactively.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and precision in all work outputs.
Professionalism: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
