Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Legal, HR, and Admin Lead to oversee the Firm's legal affairs, human resources, and administrative functions.
This role is critical to ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, driving HR strategies that align with business objectives, and managing administrative operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple functions.


Key Responsibilities


Provide strategic legal advice to the firm on matters related to regulatory compliance, contracts, corporate governance, and other legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Ensure that the firm operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to Audit, Taxation and Business Consulting.
Manage the firm's Clients' secretarial services when necessary.
Liaise with external legal counsel on complex legal matters.


Human Resources:


Develop and implement HR strategies that support the firms's goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Lead performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive.


Administration:


Ensure efficient administration and day-to-day office management, including facilities, supplies, and operational processes.
Oversee the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Manage company assets and ensure proper maintenance, including vehicles and office equipment.
Coordinate administrative support for executive management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA or LLM), Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be added advantage.
3-5 years of experience in legal, human resources, or administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position across previous experiences.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, corporate governance, and legal requirements relevant to Business Consulting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
