Interested candidates should possess an LL.B Degree and Barrister-at-Law (BL) qualification with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in both Legal and Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
