Requirements:
Proven ability to develop detailed, costed micro-plans and manage complex logistical budgets
Experience engaging LGA and ward-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and coordinate large-scale health interventions
Demonstrated skill in supervising field teams, conducting independent monitoring, and managing real-time data for program course correction
Strong analytical skills for interpreting vaccination coverage, usage rates, and identifying data quality gaps
Skilled in managing financial retirement documents and maintaining organized archives of program reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop costed LGA-level micro-plans and budgets while managing settlement harmonization to identify accessible and inaccessible areas
Oversee the selection and training of vaccination teams and manage the procurement and distribution of critical resources like vaccines and data tools
Lead special intervention activities, coordinate daily review meetings, and manage mop-up exercises to reach missed settlements
to Train and monitor ward supervisors, tracking their performance and adherence operational and accountability frameworks.
Analyze daily vaccination data, document operational challenges, and develop comprehensive post-campaign reports and financial retirements.
