The Lead will work cohesively with the State Technical Lead and Program Manager to design and execute specialized campaign strategies that enhance coverage in high-risk and security-compromised areas.
Requirements:
Experience developing complex implementation plans and validated budgets
Extensive experience supervising team deployments and managing the mobilization of critical resources across multiple administrative levels.
Skilled in conducting situational analyses, managing data-driven situation rooms, and facilitating sessions to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Demonstrated success in leading independent monitoring exercises and managing mop-up activities in high-risk or security-compromised areas
Ability to provide high-level technical support to data teams and consultants while ensuring adherence to program deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead situational analyses and develop micro-plans for security-compromised zones
Supervise team training, deployment, and the mobilization of critical health resources.
Manage daily situation rooms and review meetings to solve implementation challenges
Lead independent monitoring and mop-up activities to verify coverage quality
Provide guidance to Data Analysts and LGA Consultants, tracking their performance and facilitating problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges.
