They are seeking for a passionate and skilled LINE CHEF to join their dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes within their assigned section, ensuring every meal meets our resort high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Key responsibilities:-
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock workstations with all required ingredients and equipment.
Ensure correct portioning, seasoning, and plating of dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation at all times.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications and Competencies:-
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
At least 3 years of proven experience as a line Chef in a busy kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality food.
Flexibility to assist in other kitchen duties as required.
