They are seeking to recruit a qualified and professional Sales Supervisor who will oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achievement of sales targets, and effective team supervision. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident and highly experienced in furniture or interior design retail.

Key Responsibilities:-


Supervise and motivate sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Manage the showroom floor and maintain appealing, well-organized displays aligned with current promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, designers, and corporate clients.
Prepare and Analyze sales reports to identify trends and business opportunities.
Train, coach, and evaluate sales team performance.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with management.
Handle and Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.


Qualifications & Competencies:-


Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in furniture, interior design or retail.
Strong Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Proven ability to meet targets and drive team performance.
Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
