Logistics Manager

Role Summary The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the company's logistics operations, including transportation, fleet management, delivery activities, cold-chain movement, vehicle utilisation, and logistics personnel. The Logistics Manager will work closely with the Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and Finance teams to optimise fleet utilisation, reduce operational costs, improve delivery reliability, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities Fleet & Transportation Management Cold-Chain Logistics Delivery & Dispatch Operations Team Management Cost & Performance Management Customer Service & Stakeholder Coordination Compliance, Safety & Risk Management Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations. Experience managing drivers, riders, vehicles, or a distributed logistics team. Experience in cold-chain, food distribution, FMCG, agriculture, energy, or a related industry is an advantage. Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, delivery management, and logistics documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/fleet management tools. Knowledge of GPS/fleet tracking systems is an advantage.
