Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations across multiple construction sites and plants.
Manage fleet movement, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and transport partners.
Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supply chain performance.
Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement in logistics processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
Must have Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role (mandatory).
Proven experience managing logistics in fast-paced, multi-site construction environments.
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
