Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and assign drivers to delivery schedules and routes
Monitor driver activities and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
Maintain constant communication with drivers to track progress and resolve issues
Ensure proper documentation of trips, deliveries, and logistics records
Handle and resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies
Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities.
Education & Experience
Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of logistics operations and route planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or logistics tracking systems is an added advantage.
