Responsibilities
Operate assigned production machinery in accordance with approved operational procedures.
Ensure machines are properly set up before production activities begin.
Monitor machine performance during production runs to ensure efficient operation.
Ensure production output meets established targets and operational schedules.
Monitor machine performance and identify operational abnormalities.
Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve minor machine issues where possible.
Coordinate with production staff to ensure proper material supply to machines.
Monitor product quality during production and report any defects or inconsistencies.
Ensure that products produced meet required quality standards and specifications.
Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines when operating machinery.
Ensure proper use of safety equipment and adherence to operational protocols.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production environment.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an FSLC / OND qualification
Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing or industrial setting.
Working knowledge as an operator in bouillon cube production (tablet/press and wrapping and folding machine).
Understanding of production procedures.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety.
