Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, generators, and fire safety systems.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of all facilities.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults promptly.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
4 - 6 years' experience in facilities or building maintenance (mall or commercial property preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Good problem-solving and supervisory skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
