Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our facility in Shagamu.
The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are consistently maintained for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations across the facility
Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related faults
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations
Manage maintenance records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary
Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
Lead and guide maintenance staff to achieve operational efficiency
Requirements
2 - 4 years' experience in maintenance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good leadership and communication skills
Relevant technical certification or degree is an added advantage.
