Responsibilties


Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conducting routine inspections and servicing of machinery, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to prevent breakdowns.
Guest Room Maintenance: Fixing issues like leaky taps, broken furniture, lighting, and faulty TVs to ensure rooms are in top condition.
Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural issues throughout the hotel.
Emergency Response: Acting swiftly on maintenance requests from guests or staff to minimize disruptions.
Safety & Compliance: Maintaining fire safety equipment (alarms, extinguishers), ensuring safety standards are met, and ensuring the building complies with regulations.
Property Upkeep: Maintaining the building exterior, landscaping, swimming pool, and parking areas (curb appeal).
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Vendor Coordination: Assisting with or overseeing third-party specialists for major repairs or specialized maintenance.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.
