Description
The Purpose of the Role
The Individual in the role is responsible for the operational readiness, maintenance, statutory compliance and safety of company facilities across three (3) buildings.
The individual in the role is required to plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, manages contractors, supports business continuity, and oversees facilities-related Occupational Health and Safety compliance.
The individual acts as the Facilities representative during production activities to ensure facilities, infrastructure and work areas are safe and compliant before, during and after productions.

Multi-Site-Facilities Management
Overseeing maintenance across three (3) buildings 2 Albury Road, 4 Albury Road and 5 Summit Road.
Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, inspections and infrastructure improvements.
Production Facilities Oversight - 5 Summit Road
Representing Facilities during productions.
Verifying OHS compliance, inspect work areas before technical rigging commences, monitor emergency exits, cable routes and contractor compliance.
Authority to stop facilities-related work presenting an immediate safety risk pending escalation.
OHS & Compliance
Conduct inspections, risk assessments, corrective actions, contractor safety monitoring and statutory compliance reporting.
Contractor Management
Coordinating external contractors, verify SLA compliance, permits to work and quality of workmanship.
Asset & Infrastructure
Maintaining asset registers, lifecycle planning and maintenance records.
Requirements
A National Diploma or equivalent in Facilities, Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role
Valid Code EB driver's licence
A relevant trade test
