Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations.
The successful candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, generator, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and AC faults.
Inspect hotel equipment and building systems.
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Conduct routine checks on generators and utility systems.
Maintain HVAC and air-conditioning equipment.
Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations.
Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues.
Support emergency repairs when required.
Follow all health, safety, and technical procedures.
Support maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, rooftop bar, kitchen, gym, and conference facilities.
Requirements
OND/HND/Trade Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field.
2 - 4 years' practical maintenance experience.
Hotel or commercial building experience is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work shifts and participate in on-call duties.
Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
