Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our organization. The ideal candidate will undergo structured training across various departments to gain hands-on experience in business operations, leadership, and management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in training programs across departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
Assist in daily business operations and administrative tasks
Analyze data and prepare reports for management review
Support project planning and execution
Learn company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Provide support to senior management when required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fielwork
1 - 7years work experience (NYSC members or recent graduates encouraged)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
