Job Description


Participate in a structured rotational programme aligned with key business functions including sales, supply chain, customer experience, retail operations, and business development.
Complete rotations within front-line sales operations, warehouse and distribution teams, and an additional departmental assignment based on organizational needs and performance.
Gain hands-on experience in consumer electronics product management, inventory coordination, after-sales support, and channel operations.
Work across multiple business locations including retail outlets, service centres, warehouses, and regional offices while taking on increasing responsibilities and operational challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, procurement, finance, logistics, and technical support to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience, optimizing business processes, increasing product availability, and enhancing sales performance.
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver tasks with professionalism, innovation, accuracy, and measurable business impact while developing future leadership capabilities.


Relevant Experience & Qualification Requirements


Minimum of a MSC in Operations Support or MBA from a recognized university.
3-4 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service, sales support, administration, or business development within the consumer electronics, retail, or related industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
Not older than 33 years of age.
