Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and execution of targets
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support operational and revenue goals
Translate management objectives into actionable plans and monitor execution
Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across teams
Track operational performance and provide regular updates to management
Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance productivity
Support staffing, onboarding, and performance alignment in collaboration with HR
Promote accountability, discipline, and results-driven work culture
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field(with an MBA preferably).
5- 10 years proven experience in a leadership, operations, or business coordination role.
Strong execution, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
