Job Summary
We are hiring a commercially sharp and strategic Manager, Finance to lead financial management, governance, and growth initiatives.
This role will play a critical part in strengthening financial controls, improving profitability, supportinginvestor engagement, and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Advise Management on financial performance and business risks, reminding.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
Oversee accounting, audits, tax, and statutory compliance.
Develop cost control measures across assembly and distribution.
Build strong internal controls and reporting systems.
Support pricing, margins, and business expansion models.
Lead ERP and financial digital transformation initiatives.
Driven debt/equity discussions, preparation of financial models, investor decks, due diligence, and lender/investor negotiations.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Master's / Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent.
8+years of finance leadership experience.
Automotive /manufacturing /distribution exposure preferred.
Strong commercial and strategic thinking ability.
Proven experience dealing with lenders, investors, or fundraising environments.
High integrity and leadership maturity
Familiarity withAI-enabled financial planning, automation, analytics, and BI tools.
