Manager Mining (Production) at Glencore

In this role you will be responsible for:


Reporting to the Mine Manager - Western Mines Kroondal, the incumbent will be responsible for providing a dedicated overall Mining service to Kroondal.
Championing continuous improvement initiatives
Have an exceptional commitment towards ensuring that departmental HSEC objectives are met.
Ensure that production targets are met according to specified standards, policies, and procedures.
Effective planning of short- and medium-term production activities to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Financial expenditure within agreed parameters
Ensure that materials and supplies are available for production processes.
Maintaining discipline within agreed parameters, policies, and procedures
Complying with legal requirements
