The Manager: New Vehicle Sales (Renault) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the new vehicle sales department and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
This role involves managing a team of sales associates, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage a team of sales associates, setting sales targets and providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell new vehicles, including setting pricing strategies and identifying target markets
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Work closely with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive sales
Oversee the inventory management of new vehicles, ensuring an appropriate mix of models and features to meet customer demand
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to new vehicle sales


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies
Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
Familiarity with automotive industry trends and developments
