Interested candidates should possess a First Degree; an MBA, MSc., or PhD in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration with a minimum of 6 years experience in government, public sector advisory, or consulting (strategy or boutique firms), with exposure to public sector reforms and transformation initiatives; sector experience is a plus.
