Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and excellent customer service.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
Track and report on sales performance, targets, and marketing campaigns.
Participate in hospitality fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.


Qualifications and Experience


Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing (preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or resorts).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.
