Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our HR Solutions, driving client acquisition, generating leads, and increasing product visibility across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market our HR Software Solution to prospective clients
Generate and convert leads into paying customers
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product adoption
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
Identify market trends and business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good understanding of digital and direct marketing strategies
Proven track record in sales will be an added advantage
