Responsibilities


Develop and execute innovative, territory-specific marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all product lines.
Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing activities, ensuring all franchise sites and marketing materials align with the Jibu brand standards.
Coordinate digital marketing and social media activities.
Plan and coordinate activations, events, and promotional campaigns (ATL & BTL).
Work with agency partners and franchisees to deliver marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.
Support in designing marketing collateral aligned with Jibu's brand and assisting franchisees with localized materials.
Track campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends.
Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for management review.
Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Provide support and direction to franchisees on all marketing activities.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Basic skills in budgeting and project coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) will be an added advantage.
