Key Responsibilities.


Implement local marketing strategies in collaboration with the Africa Director of Marketing and key stakeholders.
Execute go-to-market initiatives to strengthen the company's market leadership.
Create impactful marketing materials and outreach programs to enhance client engagement
Plan and deliver exclusive, high-quality client events
Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy
Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics for continuous improvement
Manage content, press activities, and communications tailored to local market needs.
Oversee social media platforms for the office and senior leaders, ensuring creativity and consistency.
Maintain brand compliance across all marketing initiatives and materials.
Support employer branding efforts in partnership with recruitment teams to boost local visibility.


Qualifications.


A marketing qualification or relevant undergraduate degree.
5 - 7 years of marketing and communications experience—ideally in a consulting or leading corporate environment.
High proficiency in English, both written and oral.
Strong project management skills with proven experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Energy, initiative, and resilience to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
