Marketing Conversion Officers

We are looking for a persuasive, organised Marketing Conversion Officer to attract prospective students, build relationships with schools and turn enquiries into registered clients. Responsibilities Promote our international admissions, visa and test-preparation services. Follow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings. Explain our services clearly and guide interested clients towards registration and payment. Visit schools, develop partnerships and support recruitment events. Maintain accurate enquiry records and submit activity and conversion reports. Meet agreed targets and coordinate client handovers to the Admissions and Visa teams. Requirements Relevant qualification and experience in marketing, sales or client conversion. Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. Ability to build relationships with schools, parents and prospective students. Confidence using WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets and CRM tools. Professionalism, integrity and a track record of meeting targets. Experience in education consultancy or student recruitment is an advantage.
