Key Responsibilities
Support and execute a mix of digital and traditional marketing strategies (SEO, social media, content creation, campaign management)
Drive social media engagement and manage analytics to optimize campaigns
Collaborate on product development and new service launches
Manage partnerships and coordinate with external vendors and agencies
Organize and support PR activities, including expos and industry events
Maintain and utilize CRM tools for campaign tracking and client engagement Work closely with marketing peers across multiple African countries
Prepare marketing reports and present insights to the leadership team
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (general marketing experience is sufficient)
Strong skills in social media engagement and analytics
Experience using CRM tools for marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multicultural team
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Modern office in Nairobi (occasional travel possible)
