Marketing Intern (Western Cape)

Description Manage and respond to patient enquiries. Monitor social media channels, respond to basic enquiries, and report on trends. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of collateral and coordination of event logistics. Organise and distribute marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor the website for content updates and maintenance issues and respond to enquiries. Ensure that all client service interactions meet quality standards and reflect positively on the brand. Manage the marketing mailbox and track the volume and type of enquiries received. Support on-site marketing activities at hospitals, including events and campaigns. Assist in maintaining marketing reports, files, and databases. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Requirements Grade 12 Proof of completion of N6 Qualification in Marketing Management Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Computer literacy is essential Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
