Our client an established premier hotel prides itself in exceptional guest experiences, stunning design, and a vibrant culture. The hotel is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to take the reins of our brand narrative and drive the guest acquisition strategy.
You will own a diverse, fast-paced portfolio of responsibilities designed to elevate our brand presence, lead our marketing efforts, capture our ideal target market, shape how the world views the hotel and directly impact revenue through innovative digital and traditional marketing.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Design and launch creative marketing campaigns that tell our hotel\'s story, increase visibility, and drive direct bookings.
Oversee our social media channels, website content, email marketing funnels, and localized SEO to ensure we are always top-of-mind for travelers.
Partner closely with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to create targeted promotions that boost occupancy during shoulder seasons and maximize profit during peak times.
Identify and cultivate relationships with event planners, corporate partners, and tourism boards to elevate our local presence.
Manage the production of high-quality assets (photography, videography, and copywriting) that reflect our premium brand standards.
Monitor campaign performance, track website analytics, and report on the ROI of marketing spend to continuously optimize our strategy.

Job Specifications and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for hospitality.
Proven track record.
