ABOUT THE ROLE


The Marketing Manager is a head-office (remote-first) leader who enables waste-free, compliant, and high-impact marketing across our integrated practice units by managing the Marketing Team, developing and continuously improving marketing policies, processes, and automated systems, and translating outcomes into Executive-ready insight and decision support.


Reporting to the Marketing Executive, you will:


Lead the Marketing Team and manage the team's activities and outputs (including the Digital Marketing Specialist and Graphic Design Specialist).
Develop, execute, and report on marketing plans that support referral growth and customer acquisition across our national footprint.
Manage Nurture's brand positioning, image, and reputation, ensuring consistency and credibility across all locations and channels.
Interrogate day-to-day marketing activities across sites, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve marketing policies, processes, and automated systems based on evidence.
Interpret and report on quantitative and qualitative measures of marketing impact in a manner that enables and influences Executive-level decision-making.
Transfer best-practice marketing approaches to Managerial-level colleagues, strengthening day-to-day operational execution through coaching and collaboration.
Maintain an active professional network and adhere to a prescribed professional development plan, aligned to the Chartered Institute of Marketing's global professional framework and code of conduct.


GUARANTEED MONTHLY REMUNERATION: R 54 250.33 CTC (benefits included)

Education, Experience, and Functional Learnings


NQF-Level-8 Qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
Proven experience in successfully contributing to the design and execution of marketing policies, processes, and automated systems within a multi-site organisation or franchise network with a national footprint.
Skilled-level knowledge as set out in The Global Professional Marketing Framework of the Charted Institute of Marketing (including its application within the South African context).
