Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
Lead, manage, and supervise the marketing team, including Public Relations Specialists and other marketing staff.
Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, campaign rollouts, and performance tracking.
Oversee brand communication to ensure consistency across all channels (online and offline).
Drive influencer (KOL/KOC) engagement strategies, partnerships, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and credibility.
Manage relationships with media agencies, advertising partners, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and deliver measurable ROI.
Oversee crisis communication strategies in collaboration with the PR team.
Ensure effective collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and impact.
Lead brand activation initiatives, events, and experiential marketing campaigns.


Educational Qualifications and Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
5 - 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 - 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in product launches, preferably in the mobile/tech industry.
Strong experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC management, and digital campaigns.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Strong understanding of branding, media planning, and integrated marketing communications.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in crisis management and reputation management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
