ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role goes beyond visibility; you will own how the brand is perceived, how demand is generated, and how marketing converts into actual business. You will lead brand, digital, performance marketing, PR, and content while working closely with sales and leadership to ensure consistent growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
Build brand awareness while driving qualified lead generation and conversions
Align marketing initiatives with business cycles, sales goals, and project pipeline
Identify growth opportunities across channels (digital, partnerships, events, etc.)
Performance Marketing & Digital Execution
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI, ROAS, and cost efficiency
Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion
Run A/B tests and continuously optimise campaigns for performance
Manage SEO strategy to improve visibility and organic traffic
Brand Management & Positioning
Define and maintain brand identity, voice, and guidelines
Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (social, website, presentations, campaigns)
Strengthen positioning as a premium interior design brand
Oversee storytelling, messaging, and creative direction
Content & Digital Presence
Lead development of high-quality content (case studies, campaigns)
Oversee website performance, updates, and conversion optimisation
Manage social media direction and ensure content aligns with brand goals
Drive engaging content that attracts and converts target clients
PR & Corporate Image
Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen brand credibility
Manage media relations, press releases, and brand storytelling
Monitor public perception and manage brand reputation
Identify speaking, event, and thought leadership opportunities
Sales Enablement & Lead Generation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality leads
Work closely with sales team to improve conversion rates
Support proposals, presentations, and client acquisition strategies
Track lead sources and optimise for highest-performing channels
Events & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute activations, exhibitions, and industry events
Leverage offline channels to drive awareness and client acquisition
Identify strategic partnerships to expand reach
Documentation & Reporting:
Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and growth metrics
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Maintain accurate records of leads, campaigns, and marketing spend
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Forecast marketing impact and growth opportunities
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to align goals
Manage external partners, agencies, and vendors
Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders
Ensure consistent communication of brand and marketing direction
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the design, project, and operations teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies, pricing approaches, and market positioning.
Ensure timely communication of client feedback, project requirements, and market insights to relevant internal teams.
Support cross-functional teamwork to enhance customer satisfaction and improve business outcomes.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, client presentations, and industry engagements.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage the marketing team (digital, content, social)
Recruit, train, and mentor team members
Set clear KPIs and performance expectations
Build a high-performing, accountable marketing team
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5 - 8+ years experience in marketing
Minimum 2 - 3 years in a leadership role
Strong experience running paid ads and performance campaigns
Background in real estate, Interior design, lifestyle, or luxury sectors is a plus
Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through marketing
