RESPONSIBILTIES


Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our beauty and cosmetics products across various channels.
Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, in-store promotions) that align with brand objectives.
Manage the brand's positioning and consumer insights, ensuring all messaging is consistent, compelling, and relevant to the target audience.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including the website, e- commerce platforms, email marketing, and social media presence.
Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer demands, and opportunities for differentiation and market expansion.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, track KPIs, analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development) to ensure seamless product launches and participate in marketing events and trade shows.


REQUIREMENTS


A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant and demonstrable focus on the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
In-depth knowledge of beauty products, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail environments specific to the Kenyan cosmetics landscape. (Very Key)
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Business Administration,
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
A creative thinker, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in or near Nairobi, Kenya, with the ability to work from our office and travel for events as required.
