Marketing Manager (Digital & Offline)

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search, display, website, and messaging platforms. Manage on-ground activations, promotions, market surveys, and community engagement. Sales Collaboration: Support Sales with lead generation, promotional materials, and campaign coordination. Track marketing contributions to sales performance. Leadership & Budgeting: work with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies. Plan and manage budgets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience. Proven experience managing budgets and performance-driven campaigns Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication, and project management skills
