Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 360-degree marketing, with proven experience developing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and online advertising.
Coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as PR, events, outdoor advertising, print media, radio, and television campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to generate leads and support business growth.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3 - 6 years of marketing experience, with hands-on exposure to both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Demonstrated experience in 360-degree marketing and integrated campaign management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Experience in brand management, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


Professional marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience managing marketing teams or coordinating cross-functional projects.
