We are looking for highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Sales Executives to join our growing team across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.

Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit regular pipeline reports.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
5 - 10 years' proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience selling security solutions, technology products, ICT, telecommunications, facilities management, or related services is highly desirable.
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
