Marketing Manager (Marketing & Promotion Lead)

About Us

• NestVest is a growing Nairobi property platform covering rentals, resales and new-project promotions. We are building our in-house marketing team and need a hands-on Marketing Manager to own lead generation and promotion across channels.

The Role

You will run end-to-end marketing for our property business — from planning campaigns and producing content, to running paid ads, managing our website/social channels, and — most importantly — turning marketing into booked viewings and closed leads.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in marketing, ideally with a property, real-estate, or high-ticket sales background (any of: housing, land, mortgages, PropTech, agencies, online lead-gen).
• Hands-on across channels: digital ads (Meta/Google), social media & content, website/landing pages, email/WhatsApp follow-up.
• Lead-to-sales mindset: you understand that marketing's job is qualified enquiries, and you track conversion, not just reach.
• People skills: able to lead/coordinate a small team or work closely with our sales team (management experience a plus, not a must).
• Good English, strong communication.

Nice-to-Have (not required)

• Experience in property management / facilities — you know landlords, tenants, and how housing transactions really work.
• Basic analytics (GA4, Meta Business Suite, CRM) and design tools.
