Job Summary


The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the bank's products and services.
The role focuses on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention, and supporting business growth objectives through effective marketing campaigns and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the bank's objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Organize promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report performance.
Collaborate with sales and deposit mobilization teams to achieve targets.
Maintain marketing materials, social media presence, and public relations activities.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing within the financial services sector or microfinance.
Knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and community engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
