Job Summary
The Teller / Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions, managing cash handling, and providing exceptional customer service.
This role is key to maintaining the bank's cash operations and ensuring a positive banking experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in reconciling daily cash and preparing reports.
Qualifications& Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
1 - 3 years of experience in teller or cashier roles.
Experience in microfinance or retail banking is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
