Job Summary
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will drive the operational execution of marketing initiatives by managing workflows, tools, and processes to ensure efficient campaign delivery, cross-functional alignment, and scalable growth systems.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketing operations including campaign execution, workflows, and documentation
Oversee marketing technology tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Airtable, lifecycle platforms) and ensure effective usage
Coordinate campaign execution across social media, lifecycle messaging, and product launches
Maintain structured documentation, reporting systems, and marketing processes
Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 3 - 5 years experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or program management roles
Strong experience with marketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms
Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management (PMP, Scrum, etc.) is an advantage
Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
