Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and growth strategies.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, and institutional sectors.
Drive lead conversion and revenue generation.
Support quotation follow-ups, negotiations, and contract closures.
Coordinate and oversee sales and digital marketing activities.
Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Ensure consistent brand visibility and market positioning.
Support content development and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
Improve internal systems, processes, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure timely project implementation and service delivery.
Facilitate collaboration between sales, technical, finance, and support teams.

Support debt collection initiatives and cash flow management.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years\' proven experience in sales and marketing of technology-related products or solutions.
Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
Experience managing and leading teams.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
