Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Materials Lead III to oversee the planning, coordination, and movement of materials, equipment, and parts, ensuring timely delivery to support project and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expedite the flow of materials, equipment, and assemblies across departments and project sites.
Oversee inventory, shipping, delivery, storage, and material tracking records.
Monitor the transportation of materials and ensure timely delivery in line with project priorities.
Coordinate the repair and assembly of company-provided materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and materials management standards.
Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in achieving project delivery objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience in materials management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of industry equipment, materials, and their application in plant operations.
Extensive experience using SAP Material Catalogs and search tools.
Knowledge of quality control systems and materials management processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Excellent organizational, time management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
