Job Summary
A multinational pharmaceutical company based in Lagos is seeking experienced and results-driven Medical Sales Executives to join its growing team across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product information to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and product orders.
Maintain excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in a Science-related discipline such as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields from a reputable institution.
Minimum of three (3) years' sales experience in a pharmaceutical company.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical sales processes.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory when required.
