Key Responsibilties
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations, detailing, and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper product knowledge dissemination and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc./HND in a science-related field (e.g., Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or related discipline)
1 - 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
Must be willing to travel within assigned locations.
