Job Summary
Pharma Ethics Limited is seeking experienced, result-driven, and passionate professionals to join our Sales Team as MSR across the Jos, Maiduguri, and Yola Territories.
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and generating demand for the company's pharmaceutical products within assigned territories through effective engagement with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders while achieving sales and business growth targets.
Responsibilities
Promote and detail company products to healthcare professionals and customers
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets within designated territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors
Conduct regular market visits and territory coverage
Identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
Submit timely sales reports and market intelligence updates
Ensure effective execution of company sales strategies and promotional activities
Maintain high ethical and professional standards in all business deadlines
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Science, or related discipline
2 - 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Good knowledge of the assigned territory and customer network
Ability to work independently and travel within assigned locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
