The Medium Voltage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing medium voltage electrical teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. This role requires leadership in planning, coordination, and execution of medium voltage electrical system operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Supervising and managing the performance of teams responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, repair, and inspection of medium voltage electrical systems and equipment.
Overseeing large-scale medium voltage projects to ensure they meet established goals, quality standards, and timelines.
Providing ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to medium voltage electricians and foremen to enhance team performance and professional development.
Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure projects are executed correctly.
Ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards, electrical codes, and organizational best practices.
Coordinating with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to execute medium voltage operations successfully.
Conducting regular safety briefings, on-site inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards.
Preparing and maintaining reports, records, and documentation for maintenance, testing, inspections, and team performance.
Investigating and resolving technical or operational issues related to electrical systems, providing recommendations for addressing complex challenges.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Successfully completed a three-year apprenticeship program in the electrician trade or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Medium Voltage Foreman.
Proven expertise in supervising and managing medium voltage teams, projects, and operations.
Strong knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Demonstrated understanding of safety practices and industry standards for medium voltage operations.
Familiarity with electrical codes, technical documents, and compliance requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
Passport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.
