Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the financial planning process at the site
Provide strategic support to improve decision making at the site level
Ensure appropriate governance and financial risk management
Manage and ensure quality outsputs from the finance function
Support Finance Business Centre and Centre of Excellence
Portfolio Management of the site in line with Finance's strategic objectives
Manage and enhance customer service expectations and ensure continuous improvement and excellence
Resource Management by focusing direct report/team on key performances areas to achieve business objectives and identifying and managing risk/opportunities in this regards
Qualification(s):
Bachelors Degree/National Higher Diploma/CIMA (With a major in an accounting field) NQF 7 credits 360
Related Minimum Experience:
7 years Background in Finance/Accounting and Management Accounting
Experience gained in a large Accounting/commercial firm
Experience in leadership role
